When those needs are being met, our behavior is goal driven as opposed to fear driven. Goal driven behavior is obviously the positive aspect of ourselves.

When you communicate with your team chances are you are communicating from your subconcisous desire to have YOUR NEEDS MET. You are communicating in a way that YOU would like to receive information. Unfortunately this probably only matches the need of 25% to 50% of your team. This means that when you are communicating up to 75% of team are not being energized, motivated or inspired!

When you interact, communicate and create a team culture your objective is to adapt the way you communicate in order to meet the need of each of your team members.
