The winning team from each 'event' is awarded points. The team with the most points at the end being crowned the Champion team!

This session is great fun and encourages interaction and building a sense of togetherness through fun, playful activities.

What You Need to Supply?

There are a several things you need to get ready for Office Olympics.

You'll need to supply the following:

Activity Staff – It will depend upon final numbers however we recommend having at least 2  staff to run the activity. One to be the 'Host' and the other to assist with setting up and handing out props etc

Activity Space - Where can you run Office Olympics? We've delivered it in kitchens, hallways, reception areas and even car parks. However the most appropriate space is somewhere you can set up a table for each team and allow a bit of space at the back of the room for some of the activities. A training or conference room works really well.

Music System - You'll definitely want some kind of system to play music as teams compete in each of the events - this adds a real sense of excitement. 

Microphone and PA - Office Olympics can get a little noisy. If you're working with a large group it really helps to have a microphone to keep the crowd under control!

Some Activity Props – There are some props which you'll need to source for each of the activities. They can easily be obtained from you local discount variety store or office supplies. Some of these items include:

  • Hula Hoops
  • Flip Charts/Butchers paper
  • Squeaky dog toys
  • Plastic cups and plates
  • Balloons
  • Masking tape

Fun Prizes - This is totally up to you. We often get some novelty prizes and 'booby' prizes from the local variety store.
